Selected by the Examination Board of the Royal Schools of Music 2009. This new expanded and revised edition is the only publication to reconcile the early sources of these Etudes with present day playing techniques. Several earlier editions from the 19th and 20th centuries have been carefully consulted for its preparation. The main music text is beautifully engraved with a clear and uncluttered presentation of the Etudes.
