This lively arrangement of a common children's tune is a study for articulation and for balancing melody and accompaniment. Written in the key of F Major, this duet is perfect for elementary level students. The secondo remains in F Major five-finger position, but must balance RH "off-beat" chords with the LH bass line. In the middle section, the primo part plays the "off-beat" chords, shifting positions one step at a time, and later playing IV and V chord inversions.
