(9 Brass) (Level 4) A fat-back swing chart based on Thelonius Monk's Round Midnight. The style is medium-"FAT "swing. Solos are in Tenor 1 and guitar (or Trombone 2) An alternate Trombone 2 part is provided so the trombone can take the solo in place of the tenor sax (this is really the desired way to perform the tune). Use tenor and trombone solos if there is no guitar. Alto 1 and Tenor 2 double on flute. Keyboards with optional vibes is a plus.
