Hey Paul I was looking at your tab and let you know I figured that C# -9 you are talking about out.
Actually there is no 3rd and the 5th is flat as well like this.
C#b5 -9
-| e a d g b e
1| - - - - - -
2| - - 7 - - -
3| - - - - 5 -
4| - 4 - - - -
5| - - - - - -
It is also played on the E string at the 9 fret as well. There you can let the G string ring out.
C#b5 -9
-| e a d g b e
1| - - - - - -
2| - - - - - 0
3| - - - 12- -
4| - 10 - - - -
5| 9 - - - - -
I think that will help some folks out that just want to strum it.
